Unfortunately we will not be running the Bridge Camp during the summer of 2019.
The director has injured his lower back cannot work the camp this year. After a lot of physical therapy, he will be back to oversee the camp in June 2020.
We are thrilled to have two engineering firms sponsoring this year's Bridge Camp, and greatly appreciate their support of empowering girls to pursue their interests in STEM.

Within just a week of their summers, MESA Bridge Camp participants will build a bridge in the local community, serving the community, working together, and learning how to use tools in the process.
|
MESA Bridge Camp hopes to spread interest in math and science to middle school girls by exploring STEM topics. Participants will learn about the physics behind bridge design, work together to solve engineering problems, and learn what it is like to be an engineer.
|
Camp participants will learn from and work with current MESA students, gaining perspective into life as a high school student.
